Market Securities Insurance Commission is an external dispute resolution (EDR) organization for consumers/traders who cannot resolve disputes with financial service providers who are members of Market Securities Insurance Commission.
Market Securities Insurance Commission follows a goal of providing traders and brokers with a new approach to solving any problems that arise in the process of trading on the crypto market.
Market Securities Insurance Commission is not a regulatory body and does not claim to be. The organization is an independent alternative dispute resolution body established solely for the purpose of amicably resolving disputes between traders and brokers in a transparent and efficient manner.
Traders should consult our Check Your Broker directory to find out the status of their broker, or search financial regulators to check the current licensing status of their broker in any particular country.
The idea behind Market Securities Insurance Commission is to create a neutral third-party committee to deal fairly with and resolve complaints in order to facilitate an easier and faster solution than through industry regulators and the legal system.
Market Securities Insurance Commission rules state that each member must have a Complaints Contact and an Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) procedure.
The response from the broker member should include:
If the client has passed the IDR procedure and is not satisfied with its result, he has the right to submit a formal complaint to Market Securities Insurance Commission.
We only accept complaints from traders of our brokers who have a good reputation at the time of filing a dispute.
If you are requesting assistance in resolving a dispute with a broker who is no longer a member of Market Securities Insurance Commission, has been excluded or whose status is under “review” in our organization, we cannot help you and recommend that you contact the appropriate financial regulator in your country of residence.
By joining the Market Securities Insurance Commission, you gain the ability to effectively manage your risks and meet the needs of your customers, convincing them that they will conduct business in a fair and balanced environment. Membership in the Market Securities Insurance Commission is an opportunity to demonstrate your commitment to upholding the highest standards of commercial honor and best business practices in your business. Your clients will have access to independent, experienced and professional staff to help them resolve any complaint they may have with you.
